Request child support advice and speak with one of our consultants. Our consultants work exclusively in the area of child support law. Just send us a telephone consultation request and we will assist you with your child support issues. We can also help prepare you for a court appearance.

Telephone CONSULTATION AGREEMENT

I agree to pay 75.00 to have a licensed attorney review my child support issue. I understand that I will receive a personal telephone consultation in response to my question.

I understand that my consultation request will be reviewed only after the full payment is received.

I also understand that all information I provide in connection with my consultation shall be true and accurate.

I also understand that having a personal telephone consultation does not establish an attorney-client relationship. The attorney reviewing my issue is under no obligation to represent any of the parties mentioned in the consultation.

The telephone consultation will not exceed 30 minutes.

It is noted that any change to the telephone consult time should be sent to Jlaw@childsupportassociation.com.
